The objectives of the Hatchery are to
promote the conservation of lobster populations and to advance
the education of the public in the conservation of lobsters.
This is made possible by the generosity of people like you visiting
the hatchery, donations, commercial sponsors and grants available to support our work.
We operate without a penny of annual public subsidy, with core
running costs being met by admission and sales revenue from our visitor centre. With your
help, we will be able to further invest in our ongoing conservation
programme and new public displays. You can support our work by:
Direct Donation: You could help us
with a direct one-off donation.
£1.50 will adopt a lobster click here to download the

£5 you could adopt 4 baby lobsters for your family
£10 will purchase 24 hour’s energy needs
for the hatchery
£100 will replace a pump
£1,000 will sponsor a technician for a month
Gift Aid:
As we are a charity, the government will give us an additional 28%
on top of any donation that you make; all you need to do is to complete
the gift aid section of the form and provide your name and address.
