Emily Miles – University of Exeter
Emily completed a project with us while studying for her MSc in Conservation and Biodiversity at the University of Exeter, and collaborated to investigate the potential of oyster-rearing baskets for on-growing juvenile hatchery lobsters at sea, our first assessment of this kind in Cornwall. Her project contributed to a published paper and helped lay the ground-work for our Lobster Grower research stream. Since graduating, Emily has worked with the Eden Project, Cumbria Wildlife Trust and Synchronicity Earth, a non-profit conservation consultancy. She now works for the Library of the Marine Biological Association.
